Caritas is able to provide hope to those in need, due to the generosity of community partners and donors like you. Before the pandemic, 26% of Waco families were living in poverty and unable to meet basic needs. Now, during this unprecedented time, more families than ever before, are needing assistance. Your support helps us provide people with not only hope, but food and other emergency services, and the case management resources needed to help them begin their journey out of poverty. SHOP TO SUPPORT CARITAS

Support Caritas programs and services by shopping at and/or donating items to our Hidden Treasures Thrift Store. Proceeds from the store help fund Caritas programs. For new inventory alerts and the latest updates, follow us on Facebook and Instagram.

Hidden Treasures accepts the following new or gently used, and clean items: Household furniture, antiques, clean & wrinkle-free clothes (preferably on plastic hangers), dishware, kitchenware and electronics.

Donation hours: Monday – Friday: 10am – 12pm and 1pm-3pm; Saturday: By Appointment Only

We DO NOT accept the following items: Mattresses and/or box springs, cribs or baby beds with drop side, metal desks, couches with beds in them, large pianos or organs, tanning beds, air conditioning units, mopeds, basketball goals that had been installed in the ground, cassettes, computers older than two years, large exercise equipment, infant car seats or booster seats, medical equipment such as breathing machines (CPAP and BiPAP), prescription items, oxygen tanks, gas powered yard equipment, VHS players or tapes, old box style TVs, larger rugs or carpets. Items that are dirty, broken, or have noticeable stains or holes are not accepted.

Seasonal items too far ahead of the season may not be accepted. Call and ask what seasonal items we can take.
